ZINEMA — delete your account
You can do this in the app under Profiles, or right here.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Every profile on the account, including Kids profiles
- Your watchlist and everything you have watched or part-watched
- Your subscription record held by Zinema
This is immediate and cannot be undone. We keep no copy.
If you subscribe through Google Play, cancel there first.
Google runs that billing, not us — deleting your Zinema account does not stop it, and you would keep being charged. Cancel under Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. If you delete your account while a subscription is still live, signing in again and choosing Restore purchase brings it back.

Sign in with the Google account you use for Zinema, so we only ever delete your own account.
Trouble signing in? Email support@zinema.stream from
the address on the account and we will remove it for you.
